Privacy Policy
Effective: November 5, 2026
This Policy describes how On Location Marketing, LLC d/b/a Plumeria Card handles personal information in connection with plumeriacard.com, memberships, business applications, billing support, and membership verification. It applies to Plumeria Card's activities, not the separate practices of participating businesses or external sites.
1. Information collected
- Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name when provided, mailing address, sign-in information, member number, level, status, and membership dates.
- Billing and transaction information: Stripe customer and subscription references, payment status, transaction history, and related support records. Stripe processes payment-card information through its checkout and billing interfaces.
- Residency information: information submitted for Kamaʻāina eligibility, including Hawaiʻi identification number, issue and expiration dates, and ZIP code. Do not submit identification documents by ordinary email unless we provide an appropriate secure process.
- Business applications: business and contact details, category, membership response, partnership interest, and any details voluntarily submitted.
- Technical and support information: information generated when accessing the service, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, security logs, session identifiers, and correspondence.
- Consent records: the version of terms accepted and the acceptance date recorded with an account.
2. How information is used
We use information to create and maintain accounts, process memberships and billing, determine offer access and resident eligibility, verify membership, respond to requests, review business partnerships, prevent misuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Information provided by you and information generated by our service are the primary sources. Payment information and status may also come from Stripe.
3. Membership verification and business disclosures
Authorized active business accounts can search by an exact member number, email address, or phone number. A matching permitted account can return the member's first and last name, membership level, status, and formatted member number. Pending and activation-required accounts are excluded under the current verification rules. Business-level accounts may also appear when eligible.
A public member-number lookup does not require sign-in. A permitted exact match returns a limited name representation consisting of the first initial and first three characters of the last name, together with membership status and card level. The lookup does not return the full name, contact information, or payment details. Keep your member number private when you do not want others to attempt a verification check.
4. Other disclosures
Information may be disclosed to vendors that support hosting, site operation, payments, communications, security, and professional services, as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information at your direction, when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. A participating business receives information you provide directly to it under its own privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated parties for their own marketing. Disclosures to providers supporting the service, and other disclosures described in this Policy, are made for the purposes identified above.
5. Chat, cookies, and related technologies
The site includes Zoho SalesIQ for chat and visitor-support functions. Information entered into chat, along with related browser, session, and interaction data, may be processed by Zoho to provide those functions. Avoid submitting passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents through chat. Zoho’s processing is subject to its applicable privacy notice and the service settings used for our site. You can choose whether to send a chat message and can contact us by email instead.
The service uses session and similar technologies to support sign-in, account security, checkout continuity, and site functionality. Browser controls may allow you to restrict cookies; doing so can affect these features. We do not use these technologies to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including whether an account remains open, billing and accounting requirements, dispute periods, eligibility verification, security needs, and applicable law. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no system can eliminate all risks.
Residency information is used to assess eligibility and address related fraud or disputes. Retention is limited by those purposes and applicable requirements. You may contact us to ask about information associated with your application or to request its deletion, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
7. Choices and general requests
You can update available contact fields through My Account and manage subscription billing through Billing. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, email joseph@onlocationmarketing.com. Explain the request and provide enough information to locate the account, but do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or identification documents in the initial email. We may need to authenticate a request, and some information must be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
Subscription cancellation and privacy deletion are distinct requests. State clearly if you want both. Necessary billing, account, security, and legal communications may continue while relevant; marketing preferences should be handled through the applicable unsubscribe method or by contacting us.
8. California residents
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act and related law apply to our processing and your request, rights may include knowing or accessing information, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive information, and freedom from unlawful discrimination. Exceptions and identity-verification rules can apply. Authorized agents may submit qualifying requests with appropriate evidence of authority.
Submit a request to the contact below. Where legally required, applicable browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, must be honored for covered sale or sharing. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Virginia residents
Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, consumers may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, and a portable copy, and may opt out of covered targeted advertising, sales, or certain significant-decision profiling. Applicable exceptions and authentication requirements apply.
For requests covered by that Act, we will respond within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension with notice. If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the contact below with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will provide an appeal decision within 60 days. If an appeal is denied, we will explain how to contact the Virginia Attorney General, including its consumer complaint process.
10. Children, external services, and changes
The membership service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate authorization, contact us. External sites, business partners, and payment services have separate privacy notices. We may update this Policy to reflect changes; material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date will identify the current version.
