Terms & Conditions
Effective: November 5, 2026
These Terms govern memberships purchased from On Location Marketing, LLC d/b/a Plumeria Card ("Plumeria Card," "we," "us," or "our") and use of plumeriacard.com. Our mailing address is 1600 Rosecrans Avenue, Media Center 4th Floor, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Questions may be sent to joseph@onlocationmarketing.com.
1. Membership and eligibility
Plumeria Card provides access to offers from participating independent businesses. It is a membership program, not a credit card, bank account, insurance product, or promise of any particular savings. Your membership level determines which offers you can access. The features and annual price displayed at checkout form part of your order.
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement to purchase a membership. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your contact and billing information current. Membership is for the named member unless an offer or a separate written agreement expressly permits another person's use.
2. Annual fees and automatic renewal
Memberships are billed annually through Stripe. Accounts are billed by On Location Marketing, LLC. The annual charge, currency, membership level, and renewal terms are presented before you complete your purchase. Where applicable law requires separate express consent to automatic renewal, that consent must be obtained before charging you.
Unless canceled before renewal, your subscription renews for successive one-year terms and the authorized payment method is charged the applicable annual fee. Existing member rates remain in effect under the program's current grandfathering arrangement unless you agree to a different plan or rate. A new purchase after cancellation may be subject to the then-current price. Any legally required notices concerning renewal or changes must be provided before the relevant charge.
Payment failure may interrupt access. Updating a payment method does not itself cancel your subscription. Taxes, if applicable, must be disclosed as part of the transaction.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future renewal charges through My Account → Billing. The Stripe billing portal opens separately and provides subscription and cancellation controls. If you cannot access it, contact joseph@onlocationmarketing.com for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals; membership access ordinarily continues through the already-paid term, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Because membership provides digital access, all membership purchases and annual renewal payments are fully non-refundable once purchased or charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. No partial or prorated refund is provided for unused time, unused benefits, cancellation, or a member’s decision not to use the service. Canceling automatic renewal does not refund a completed charge. Offers available to members may vary and may be added, changed, suspended, or deleted without notice. The availability, addition, change, suspension, or removal of an offer is not grounds for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, remedies for unauthorized or erroneous charges, or any refund legally required.
4. Membership levels and Hawaiʻi resident access
Different levels provide different access. An Elite membership does not automatically include Kamaʻāina offers. A combined Kamaʻāina Elite membership provides both forms of access as described when purchased. Business-account privileges are governed by the level assigned to that account and any separate business agreement.
Kamaʻāina pricing and access require qualifying Hawaiʻi residency. The application requests the identification number and dates shown in its residency section and a qualifying Hawaiʻi ZIP code. Submission must be accurate. Passing a format check does not establish that an identification document is authentic. Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to resolve eligibility or suspected misuse. Misrepresentation can result in loss of resident-only access, subject to applicable law.
5. Offers and participating businesses
Each offer is subject to its own eligibility, availability, exclusions, booking requirements, expiration dates, and redemption instructions. Read the current offer details before purchasing from a business. Offers available to members may vary and may be added, changed, suspended, or deleted without notice. These changes are not grounds for a membership refund, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law. A listing is not a guarantee of availability, a particular level of savings, or acceptance of a reservation.
Participating businesses supply their own goods and services and are responsible for those transactions. Payments made directly to a business are separate from the Plumeria Card membership fee. Contact that business about its fulfillment, reservations, returns, cancellations, and service issues. You may also report an offer problem to us.
6. Accounts and verification
Protect your sign-in information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Do not share accounts, impersonate another member, scrape restricted offers, or use member-verification tools to collect information about others.
Participating businesses may verify membership using the program's verification tools. Our Privacy Policy describes the information returned by authenticated business searches and public member-number checks. A member number is an identifier and should not be treated as a password.
7. Acceptable use and account restrictions
You may use the site for lawful membership purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit false eligibility information, or misuse another person's data. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, suspected fraud, security risks, or material violations. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Restrictions do not eliminate mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Site content and external services
We and our licensors retain rights in the site's branding, design, and original content. Membership grants access for permitted personal use, not ownership or permission to republish restricted offers. External business sites and Stripe services have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep membership information accurate and the site available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Tell us about material errors so we can investigate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or results from an independent business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may revise these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing membership will be communicated as required by law; publication alone does not authorize an undisclosed renewal charge or waive a member's existing rights. The revised page will identify its effective date.
These Terms and membership-related disputes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections that apply where the consumer lives remain effective. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or establish an exclusive court venue. Contact joseph@onlocationmarketing.com to raise a concern before pursuing other available remedies.
